These Child Safety Standards apply to Egrocify Creators (the Android app on Google Play and the creator portal at creators.egrocify.com), operated by Egrocify. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Prohibited conduct (CSAE / CSAM)
Users of Egrocify Creators must not:
- Create, upload, share, request, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any sexual content involving anyone under 18
- Groom, exploit, or attempt to engage minors in sexual activity
- Traffic, advertise, or otherwise facilitate child sexual exploitation
- Use the app or portal to contact minors for sexual purposes or to share sexually explicit content with or about minors
Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
2. Age and intended audience
Egrocify Creators is a professional creator / influencer campaign platform for adults. It is not directed at children. Users must meet the minimum age stated in our Terms and any applicable local law (typically 18+ for creator accounts). We do not knowingly allow underage users to participate as creators.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report child safety concerns from within the Egrocify Creators app and portal (support / report flows, including the in-product support channel). Reports related to CSAE or CSAM are treated as highest priority.

4. How we handle CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or credible CSAE reports, we:
- Preserve relevant evidence as required for lawful investigations
- Remove the content and restrict or terminate the offending account
- Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional or national authority (including hotlines / centers designated for CSAM reporting in the relevant jurisdiction)
- Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities
5. Legal compliance
Egrocify Creators complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities. We review and update these standards as laws and platform requirements evolve (including Google Play Child Safety Standards).
